Specialist insurance law firm Wotton + Kearney (W + K) has expanded its Adelaide team by establishing a new office and welcoming two partners and four other team members.
Cheryl Phillips (pictured, left) has a broad insurance law experience, with expertise in large personal injury claims, complex liability claims, and dust disease litigation. She also advises on life insurance and motor vehicle accident claims. She joined W + K from MinterElllison.
Bill Conor (pictured, right) specialises in financial lines matters, including general professional indemnity (PI) matters, and construction PI and directors and officers (D&O) claims. He also advises on property damage and business interruption (BI) matters and defamation claims. He joined W + K from Barry.Nilsson.

The appointments follow the entrance of a seasoned defamation lawyer to W + K Melbourne and 29 promotions across Australia and New Zealand.
W + K will move to new premises at 25 Grenfell Street on January 27, 2023, to accommodate its rapidly growing Adelaide team.
