The inaugural Women in Insurance Summit has brought together over 200 professionals from across the industry today as key speakers discuss a range of topical issues.
Topics on the agenda include overcoming unconscious bias, the efficacy of diversity quotas, flexible workpractices, and insight into resilient leadership.
"There are so many opportunities for talented women in this industry but that's not to say there aren't challenges too," said event organiser, Loan Kiss.
"We're proud to offer a platform for brokers and insurance professionals to discuss and address these challenges together," she added.
