Members of general insurance broker network Steadfast Group, the March 22-24 convention of which was cancelled due to COVID-19, are being asked to submit their travel insurance claims before Easter.
“Now is the time to lodge your claim for cancelled travel arrangements following the decision to cancel this year’s convention in Perth, if you haven’t already done so,” stated TravelCard, which noted that Steadfast members who made their travel bookings prior to March 04 are covered by the Steadfast TravelCard Corporate Travel Insurance policy.
To facilitate immediate processing, the travel insurance provider has set up a dedicated online form for claims relating to the convention and reminded claimants to provide supporting documentation such as copies of airline and accommodation receipts.
The PassportCard Group firm added: “Please contact your travel provider first. There is a requirement under TravelCard’s Corporate Travel Insurance policy to minimise losses, so it is important that you do this as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of reducing non-refundable costs.
