The winners of the inaugural DBM Australian Financial Awards have been announced, with three insurers earning distinction as among the financial industry’s most recommended.
RAA was named Australia’s Most Recommended General Insurer, TUH Health Fund was recognised as Most Recommended Members-owned Private Health Insurer, and Apia was named Most Recommended Major Private Health Insurer.
“RAA is thrilled to win this award and be recognised on the national stage as Australia’s most recommended general insurer,” said David Russell, chief executive of RAA Insurance. “This award acknowledges RAA’s broad range of value-for-money insurance options for customers, and the outstanding customer service our exceptional insurance team provides to the South Australian community. The winners were selected based on the results from DBM Consultant’s Consumer Atlas Survey of more than 60,000 Australian consumers and business owners on their attitudes towards Australia’s financial institutions and their products.
