Suncorp has facilitated a two-way dialogue on the important issues impacting their clients and consumers as part of its Consumer Advocate Day celebration.
The event brought together senior leaders and team members from Suncorp’s insurance, banking and wealth, and customer marketplace divisions, as well as representatives from National Australia Bank, Uniting Kildonan, Financial Counselling Australia, Legal Aid, and Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).
“Listening to customers and those who advocate for them is critical to meeting community expectations,” said Matt Leslie, Suncorp’s group customer advocate. “The feedback we receive from these advocacy groups helps our understanding and approach when serving customers, including society’s most vulnerable. This sentiment shone through, with our leaders authentically addressing concerns and answering questions about the royal commission.”
