Strong nominations for Insurance Business Awards

The insurance industry has got behind an inaugural awards event that celebrates the achievements of the profession.

Insurance Business received an overwhelming response to its call for nominations in all 25 categories, with particularly strong entries in the community engagement program, brokerage of the year and young guns sections.

All nominations will now be rigorously researched by the Insurance Business team. This will include drawing on information gained through Insurance Business’s connections in the industry to ensure no-one deserving of recognition is missed.

Finalists will be revealed on Tuesday, April 03, in Insurance Business Australia and online at www.ibawards.com.au.

Shortlisted brokers, brokerages, insurers, and underwriters will then be asked to complete a finalist submission. Their submissions will be assessed by an independent panel of judges which include the heads of Austbrokers, Vero, XL Catlin, Lloyd’s, QBE, UAC, Zurich, Allianz and many others.
