Steadfast Group (Steadfast), the largest general insurance broking network and the largest underwriting agency group in Australasia, has entered a muti-year partnership with Arteva Funding (Arteva), an independent premium finance company established through the merger of Premium Funding and Principal Finance.
Commencing from March 2022, the multi-year deal makes Arteva a part of the Steadfast panel, making it one of the group network's preferred insurance premium funding services providers. It also formalises and extends the long-term trusted relationship Arteva has formed within its network.
“Steadfast [welcomes] Arteva to our funder panel. Arteva [aligns] with Steadfast through building long-term relationships with Steadfast brokers, utilising leading technology solutions and [focusing] on customer outcomes through the upcoming industry codes of practice,” said Steadfast managing director and CEO Robert Kelly.
Steadfast now has 434 network brokerages, with over 350 in Australia, 54 in New Zealand, and 19 in Singapore. It uses industry-leading technology backed by experts to deliver excellent funding experience, creating growth and providing peace of mind for its broker partners and over 110,000 clients. In the first half of the 2022 financial year, brokers across its network delivered more than 15% of growth in gross written premium (GWP) of $5.2 billion.
Commenting on the latest strategic partnership, Arteva CEO Daniel Gronert said: “We are proud to have this opportunity to work more closely with the Steadfast Group. We already have many mutually beneficial relationships across the network and look forward to developing new partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve collective funding goals.”
Bob Dodd, chief commercial officer of Arteva, added: “We're delighted to be attending the upcoming convention and look forward to meeting with our broker partners, making new connections and showcasing our extensive tech and service capabilities to the Steadfast network.”
