ACE Group has launched a new comprehensive management liability insurance policy for the Australian market.
The ACE Elite Plus Management Liability policy features coverage and benefits to address the serious risks confronting private companies and their management teams.
The policy is divided into seven modules that include six coverage sections, each with their own limit, subject to a policy maximum limit of liability.
In addition to the wide coverage afforded by the policy, ACE has partnered with national law firm, Moray & Agnew, to provide a new legal helpline and two hours of free legal advice per policy period to the risk insured by the policy (except in relation to any claims disputes or claims against ACE itself).
“There is an increasing awareness within small and medium sized businesses of the need for management liability insurance. Brokers are also looking for management liability products that offer broad protection to their clients. The new ACE Elite Plus Management Liability policy represents a strong response to this market demand,” said
