From Monday, February 5, Solution Underwriting (Solution) will undergo a substantial rebranding effort.
Established on November 8, 2010, in Melbourne, the company initially aimed to redefine underwriting practices, with co-founders Anita Lane (pictured, left) and Rhys Mills (pictured, right) personally engaging with brokers and handling professional indemnity insurance submissions.
Over the past 13 years, Solution has grown, boasting a team of more than 50 dedicated professionals spread across offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. In 2023, it was named one of Australia’s top insurance underwriting agencies.
The impetus behind Solution’s rebranding is rooted in its transformation from a fledgling startup with humble beginnings to an esteemed and established entity within the insurance sector.
While the company remains committed to providing “next level underwriting,” it stated, the growth necessitated a re-evaluation of its brand identity.
Solution director Anita Lane said the rebrand represents the business’s maturity and growth since 2010.
“It adds a clear, human, and innovative tone to how Solution operates in the market by reflecting the integrity of the people at the heart of the brand and the business. Next Level Underwriting is about challenging how the business operates and engages all its stakeholders today and into the future,” she said.
Solution managing director Rhys Mills added: “We’ve always been extremely proud of the Solution brand and how it represents our unparalleled service, excellent capacity, and approachable people. After almost 14 years, we’re so excited to unveil the evolution of Solution with our brand-new look.”
