Insurance Business is looking to Australia’s brokers to provide their unique insight on the industry. In the sixth annual Brokers on Insurers survey, brokers are asked to rate the major insurers they deal with.
The survey – which is currently open – asks brokers how insurers did over the past year, focusing on 11 key areas including BDM support, turnaround times and commission structure. These responses are compiled into an annual report, which is used to shape the insurance landscape across the following year. The report allows major players in the insurance market to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement.
