Insurance Business Australia (IB) has revealed its list of Top Insurance Brokers for 2024, recognising brokers who have demonstrated a strong commitment to client service.
This annual recognition is based on feedback from clients, underscoring the critical role that client satisfaction plays in assessing broker performance.
In this year’s selection, IB’s focus was to highlight brokers who prioritise client interests, going beyond revenue generation to emphasise quality service.
From July 29 to August 23, IB conducted a broad survey and promotional effort, engaging thousands of readers and insurance clients across Australia. Participants were asked to nominate brokers and rate them on six specific service criteria.
The survey process provided IB with insights into brokers who consistently meet high client expectations.
To earn a spot on the 2024 list, brokers needed to achieve an average rating of 8 or higher. This year’s honourees were selected solely based on client service metrics, with no consideration given to business volume.
