Motoring group and insurance provider RACQ has opened a new store in Townsville to provide its members a one-stop destination for all of its products and services.
The new store, located at Willows Shopping Centre in Kirwan, replaced the previous RACQ store in Ross River Road and RACQ Bank in Stockland Shopping Centre, and is the first regional store to feature RACQ’s new format.
“We can help members with insurance, banking, roadside, travel, and lifestyle products and services all at the one location,” said Lucinda Ross, RACQ spokesperson. “We’ve extended operating hours and the larger contemporary design has improved the experience and service we can provide to members.”
