QBE Insurance Australia has rolled out its national hail-repairer network, appointing Action Smart Group as the network’s provider and its preferred supplier of repair solutions for hail-damaged motor vehicles. The move is part of the insurance giant’s strategic review if its motor-claims division.
“Our new hail repairer network and our partnership with Action Smart Group helps us to provide progressive hail-damage solutions to our customers across the nation,” said Jon Fox, QBE executive general manager of claims. "The network is a pivotal part of our customer promise, and we are confident it will deliver efficient and high-quality repairs that meet our evolving business needs.”
Fox said Action Smart Group was selected after a competitive request for proposal process “based on their ability to provide cost-effective, high-quality repairs to vehicles which have sustained hail damage and ability to support QBE’s distribution partners across Australia.”
The launch follows the early success of the insurer’s ASR network, launched in March this year.
