The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (
ANZIIF) is calling for nominations for its Honorary Life Membership award that recognises the outstanding contribution made by insurance professionals.
The annual honour is awarded to an ANZIIF member “who has demonstrated an extraordinary level of service to the industry,” the Institute said in a statement.
The award also recognises up to two other nominees with Service Awards, which are given to members who have made “a significant contribution to professionalism and education on a national and international level.”
Prue Willsford, CEO of ANZIIF, said the awards give ANZIIF an opportunity to celebrate the best of its members and celebrate the industry as a whole.
“ANZIIF is fortunate to have many outstanding insurance professionals among its membership,” Willsford said.
“Honorary Life Membership and Service Awards are an opportunity for us as an organisation to recognise the contribution our members make to both ANZIIF and the industry as a whole.”
Nominations close at 5:00pm on Friday 12 February and the awards will be presented at the ANZIIF AGM on May 19.
