Insurance law firm Moray & Agnew boosted the capability of its Canberra office as it welcomed into its ranks as new partner a pre-eminent practitioner in ACT workers’ compensation law, Roger Hambly.
Hambly has over 20 years of industry experience, practicing exclusively in personal injuries litigation, particularly in workers’ compensation claims. He also had a hand in policy development and drafting of amendments to legislation related to the ACT workers’ compensation scheme.
The firm’s national managing partner Michael Pitt said Hambly’s expertise will boost the firm’s ability to achieve positive outcomes for their clients.
“This appointment is an important addition to our current capabilities in Canberra as well as reinforcing the importance of this area of practice to our firm and our strong commitment to providing across-the-board insurance law services to our clients on a national basis,” he said.
With Hambly’s appointment, Moray & Agnew now has 92 partners.
