Duloy has been an active leader in the life insurance industry for more than two decades and has been a long-term active participant with the FSC. She also had a crucial role in several working groups and committees, including the life code of practice working group, the life regulatory affairs working group, and the mental health working group, among others.
The FSC Industry Excellence Award recipients also included Johnson Winter & Slattery’s Austin Bell, Herbert Smith Freehills’ Fiona Smedley, Michelle Segaert of Ernst & Young, Jesse Krncevic of Financial Services Council, Glenda Hanson of King & Wood Mallesons, and Vanguard’s Robin Bowerman.
Lucas McKay of the Westpac Group, meanwhile, received the Outstanding Industry Contribution Award for his active participation on special projects, working groups, and his dedicated support of the industry.
“They have demonstrated professionalism and leadership in our industry in support of policy development, regulatory balance, research programs, and industry initiatives,” said Sally Loane, FSC CEO.
