A Sydney-based life insurer has appointed seven new members to its retail team.
MetLife Australia has named Richard Holt as head of service delivery, Rachel Towell as state manager for NSW and ACT, Stuart White as state manager for Queensland, Simon Dent as national retail underwriting manager for NSW and Queensland, Adrian Young as national retail underwriting manager for Victoria, Tasmania, SA, and WA, and Fiona Quinn and Hadley Fredericks as senior retail underwriters.
Matt Lippiatt, MetLife Australia head of retail sales, said the appointment of the group of experienced and highly capable professionals significantly strengthens the firm’s capabilities.
“Richard’s new role signals our commitment to delivering a consistent end-to-end adviser experience from new business through to policy administration,” Lippiatt said. “Rachel and Stuart’s experience and insights will enable us to build trusted, mutually productive relationships, with licensees and advisers. Simon, Adrian, Fiona, and Hadley all have proven reputations at blending commercial risk assessment with solid understanding of advisers’ business needs.”
