The latest Insurance Business Australia Top Insurance Brokerage list, now in its 12th year, recognises firms that excel in providing client-focused solutions.
To determine the rankings, brokerages were invited to submit data on their operations, including key performance indicators such as client base, revenue, and policy growth.
To qualify for consideration, brokerages had to be headquartered in Australia and employ at least three brokers. Rankings were calculated based on cumulative scores across several criteria, including:
The brokerage with the lowest overall score across these categories achieved the highest ranking. This methodology ensures that brokerages are recognised for efficiency and performance, regardless of their overall size.
Among this year’s top brokerages are West Rock Insurance Brokers and Eternity Insurance and Financial Services.
West Rock Insurance Brokers, located on the Sunshine Coast, focuses on providing a personalised service to its clients nationwide.

Eternity Insurance and Financial Services, founded in 2012, has demonstrated consistent growth over the years.
It places emphasis on building long-term partnerships with clients, focusing on affordable coverage and effective risk management strategies. By aligning its services with client needs, the brokerage aims to foster growth not only for its clients but also for the communities in which they operate.
The success of these brokerages underscores the importance of blending personalised customer service with modern technological tools, as firms across the sector seek to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth in a competitive market.
