A global loss adjuster has added a new name to its Australian business.
McLarens has announced the appointment of George Bejjani as its construction and natural resources general manager, responsible for leading division strategy and growth in the region. He is based in Sydney and reports to Martyn Wicht, general manager, Australia.
A dual qualified engineer and a chartered loss adjuster, Bejjani joined McLarens from Crawford & Company, bringing with him extensive regional experience in both management of loss adjusting operations and handling of major losses in construction, engineering, and mining sectors. Additional niche specialties include associated BI and ALOP/DSU, machinery breakdown, and professional indemnity to name a few.

Bejjani is also a fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (
ANZIIF) and an associate member of the Australasian Institute of Chartered Loss Adjusters (ALCA).
