McLardy McShane Insurance Brokers (McLardy McShane) has launched this year's Incubator Program to help younger insurance brokers.
The McLardy McShane Incubator Program is an annual program that aims to deliver real-world broking experience to its participants by addressing the gap between formal education and commercial realities. It also aims to maximise the overall impact and productivity of potential McLardy McShane employees and become part of the group's value proposition to prospective employees and partners.
“The program provides a platform for the younger crew to maximise their overall impact and productivity within McLardy McShane,” McLardy McShane CEO Don McLardy said. “It's an excellent initiative that helps young talent get hands-on experience and real-world exposure to help develop their career and become a pivotal part of the group.”
Part of McLardy McShane's #focusonthefuture initiative, the Incubator Program is one of the group's projects to fully equip its potential team members with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in their career.
The program provides a structured educational pathway that is part of McLardy McShane's broader “talent retention and acquisition plan” to attract and retain like-minded, driven individuals and use this as a key differentiator over broking competitors.
Focusing on the program's benefits, McLardy McShane said the program helps entire top talent who may be weighing up employment opportunities and seeking to join the group.
