Insurance Business is asking brokers to rate all of the major insurers they’ve dealt with over the past year for the 10th annual Brokers on Insurers report – firmly established as the leading independent report on insurer performance from the broker perspective.
The survey is a valuable tool for the industry because it enables insurers to benchmark their performance and identify areas for improvement. The survey results are used to generate an influential report that gives an insightful overview of the general insurance market and how brokers’ priorities have changed over time.
