Specialist risk and insurance adviser Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia has forged a three-year partnership with the National Basketball League.
As official risk partner of the NBL, JLT will deliver insurance and risk management services to the professional men's basketball league and will sponsor an award at the league’s MVP gala dinner.

Larry Kestelman, NBL owner and executive chairman, said the tie-up with JLT is in line with the NBL’s strategic vision to improve its product.
“This can be seen by the talent our clubs attract in the marketplace,” Kestelman said. “But, equally by our ability to establish partnerships with organisations that operate at the peak of their industry and strive for continual improvement. JLT is exactly that type of group and we are greatly honoured to sign this agreement and welcome them on board as the official risk partner of the NBL.”
The NBL season starts on Oct. 11.
