Former founding management of legacy business InterRISK Australia (now Austbrokers Corporate) have established a new insurance-broking and risk advisory venture, Finstead Risk Solutions, following the acquisition of Capital Pty Ltd in December 2021.
The key executive team at Finstead comprises InterRISK Australia’s former chair Dennis Guy, CFO/COO Cameron Reaney, and managing principal James Sinclair.
The team has extensive experience in ASX 100, corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions, associations, and SMEs. It also plans to bring Finstead’s strong and unique IT offering to new clients.
Since leaving InterRISK Australia, Reaney has worked in the FMCG and insurance sectors, while Sinclair worked as Mega Capital CEO before assuming his role at Finstead.
Guy is a highly regarded insurance veteran with over 40 years of experience.
