ACE Group has announced the creation of a regional head of agency role for Asia-Pacific.
Jeslyn Tan will take up the role, based in Thailand, as the insurer looks to drive expansion of the agency channel throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Tan will report to Juan Luis Ortega, regional president for ACE in Asia-Pacific, as she returns to ACE having left the company in 2001.
Ortega spoke highly of the returning Tan and believes that the new role will help develop the agency ACE brand throughout the region.

“Armed with deep expertise in channel management as well as business development complemented by strong HR and training skills, Jeslyn is well equipped to lead the growth and development of our agency distribution.
