Integrity Life has appointed Ashish Khurana as its new chief technology officer, where he will develop the insurer’s digital systems to elevate customer experience. He replaces Anna Leibel, who was Integrity’s interim CTO since October last year.
Khurana joins the company from Denmark’s Saxo Bank, where he worked in the same role for close to four years, overseeing technology strategy. He also held the head of strategy role for service integration and management at Westpac for more than a year, iTnews reported.
“Integrity’s life platform was born in the cloud, and we plan to build on that heritage to provide a world-class experience for our partners and customers," Khurana said, adding that the insurer planned to use the “latest, state-of-the-art technology” to make it the most efficient and effective insurance provider in the industry.
