COFACE Australia has announced that claims manager Kim Hall is to leave the business.
Hall will be leave the company on February 27 after seven years at the firm and will be replaced by current senior claims executive Serena Arabian.
Arabian, who has been with COFACE for over two years, will look to build the reputation of the company within the industry and is excited for her latest opportunity.
“I am thrilled about the new role and am looking forward to working to promoting positive outcomes for all stakeholders in the new position.
“It is a privilege to be the new claims manager for COFACE Australia.”
Hall praised Arabian on her new role, which will begin on March 2.
“Serena will excel in her new role as claims manager and I leave knowing that my role is in very capable hands,” Hall said.
Paul McGahen, chief exeutive of the business, praised Hall’s contribution in an external memo, saying: “I thank Kim for her valuable contribution over many years and wish her all the best for the future.”
“My seven years at COFACE have been very rewarding and I look forward to the new opportunities ahead,” Hall said of her decision to resign.
