Insurance Business Australia (IB) has revealed the rising stars in the Australian insurance industry for 2023 – passionate, young insurance professionals committed to hitting milestones for themselves and their clients and colleagues.
IB identified this year’s rising stars by asking professionals from across the Australian insurance industry to nominate exceptional young talent. Nominees had to be aged 35 or under as of October 31, 2023, and working in a role related to, interacting with, or impacting on the general insurance industry. They also had to be committed to their insurance career, with a clear passion for the industry.
The IB team asked the nominees about their current role, key achievements, career goals, and contributions to the insurance industry. The team also considered recommendations from managers and senior industry professionals. After reviewing all nominations, IB narrowed down the list to 45 of the Australian insurance industry’s most exceptional young professionals.
