Australia and New Zealand share a common zeal for supporting diversity, equity and inclusion in their cultures and among their citizens.
Now, for the second year, Insurance Business will identify the insurance companies with the most effective DE&I programs in its 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
In the inaugural report, the top two most important criteria for employees were feeling that they belong at the company and knowing that people’s personal beliefs and traditions are respected, followed by knowing who to approach and where to go if they need to report inappropriate behavior.
Companies can put themselves forward through the online form here until February 10.
The 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion report will be published on the Insurance Business website in June.
