Rocklea-based ARM Insurance and Red Broking will soon become part of Insurance Aid General Brokers (IAGB).
The Murarrie-headquartered group, which made the announcement “with great pleasure,” said the two businesses will be joining IAGB later this year. Both firms will continue to operate with the same workforce and from their respective offices, only this time with IAGB’s strength and backing.
“We pride ourselves on offering reliable insurance advice, which is supplemented by a wide range of insurance products for both personal and business requirements, spreading across a large range of industries and specialist areas,” stated the group on LinkedIn.
“We feel that both ARM and Red Broking will complement our group offering to our clients and key insurance partners.”
According to IAGB general manager & director Shane Risby, whose camp is “very excited” to welcome their new colleagues, the arrivals will take place in November. He added that it takes strong collaboration and partnerships to succeed.
Meanwhile financial details of the double deal were not disclosed.
