ING Australia, a direct bank that offers life, income-protection, and home-and-contents insurance, has announced the appointment of a new board member.
Joining ING Australia’s board is Darryl Newton, bringing with him extensive experience from a variety of industries and roles.
Newton was most recently chief risk officer at Australia Post, where he worked for nearly five years. Prior to Australia Post, he was a practice leader of risk at Newton Risk Control, chief risk officer at the Bank of Queensland, and a partner at Ernst & Young.
