Insurance and care provider icare has welcomed new entrants to its 2019 graduate program.
Diana Zhang, Matthew Sheath, William Chang, Hannah Foster, and Georgia Fairweather have started their working life with icare this month, having been selected from more than 550 applications from university graduates across the country.
icare’s two-year graduate program provides graduates hands-on, professional experience in diverse roles across the icare business, as well as the opportunity to take part in a tailored learning and leadership development program.
Samantha Liston, icare’s chief human resources officer, said Zhang, Sheath, Chang, Foster, and Fairweather not only reflect icare’s social values, they are also “innovative thinkers, involved in some form of community leadership, are open to new challenges, and have a genuine curiosity to learn and grow into our future leaders.”
Since its launch in 2017, icare’s graduate program has been twice recognised on Australia’s Top 75 Graduate Employers list.
