An NSW insurer and care provider’s charity arm is now accepting applications for a share of a $4m funding pool for innovative ideas to improve quality of life for people living with a serious injury.
“We’re looking for ideas that could make a tangible difference to the lives of people who are seriously injured in NSW and the people that care for them,” said Barney Smith, interim general manager at icare Foundation. “Together, we’ll co-create new solutions to ensure that these people and their families get the support and services they need.”
Applications for icare’s Quality of Life Fund are open to community organisations, not-for-profits, social enterprises, and individuals with great ideas on how to:
“By targeting five fields, we believe we can spread impact across the key areas where people are struggling the most to create real, practical, and effective solutions now and into the future,” Smith said.
