A workers’ compensation insurance provider has extended its contract with a Sydney-based telecommunications company.
NSW insurer icare awarded Optus a $2.6 million contract to supply telecommunications services for a three-year term.
The icare deal with Optus is an extension of a 2017 agreement to provide “telecommunications as a service” and covers fixed-data telecommunications services covering wide area network (WAN) links between icare offices and the SIP voice trunks, NextMedia reported.
The deal will run until Nov. 09, 2021.
