An insurance forum will be held in Tathra for insured householders who were impacted by the March 18 Tathra bushfire, the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA) has announced.
The two-hour event will be held on April 18 at 7pm, and will focus on the claims management process for policyholders. It will be attended by members of the ICA disaster recovery team, insurance company representatives, and Legal Aid solicitors.
There is no charge for the forum, but policyholders are required to register.

According to ICA, the current insurance bill from the Tathra bushfire is $30m, with 340 claims lodged.
