IAG was recognised for excellence at the annual Vision Critical APAC Customer Intelligence Summit recently held in Sydney.
IAG has been awarded the 2016 Visionary of the Year for Asia-Pacific, in recognition of its use of customer insight in developing its
NRMA Insurance ‘DIY Deidre’ marketing campaign.
The campaign, which features a proactive grandma showing how easy it is to manage insurance policies and claims online using NRMA’s do-it-yourself facility, has helped drive significant online engagement for the brand.
The summit was attended by customer-centric professionals across a wide range of industries.
Peter Harris, EVP and managing director, Asia-Pacific for Vision Critical, said: “Our annual Customer Intelligence Summit is a great opportunity for us to learn from our customers and for our customers to learn from each other.”
“In a rapidly evolving ecosystem, the exposure to real-world examples, combined with thought leadership and best practices, has proven to be invaluable. It’s why our customers keep coming back to the summit each year.”
