With about a month to go to Insurance Business’s inaugural Women in Insurance Summit in Sydney, the event has officially sold out.
Nearly 200 insurance professionals are confirmed as attending the summit, which will feature women who have made it to the top of the industry such as Niki Kesoglou, global head of diversity & inclusion at QBE Insurance, Susan Karson, chief people, marketing and corporate affairs officer at MLC Life Insurance, and Carlie Griggs, divisional manager – specialty at JLT Australia, who will all provide practical insights and tips on how to become leaders in the insurance sector.
Delegates will learn about how to smash the glass ceiling, overcome unconscious bias and become a resilient leader. In addition, they will get to explore whether diversity quotas work, how to future-proof equality and how to incorporate flexible work practices in their organisations.
The Women in Insurance Summit will be held at the InterContinental Sydney on Tuesday, August 07.
