Hollard Commercial Insurance (HCi), which has thanked and wished former boss Richard Heilig “all the very best,” will now be led by group stalwart Jack Joubert.
Appointed as interim chief executive, Joubert moves up from his role as HCi chief financial officer. He came onboard Hollard Insurance Company of Namibia in 2012 before relocating to Sydney two and a half years ago.
Welcoming the PwC alumnus to the interim CEO post, HCi stated: “Jack has held a number of leadership positions in the Hollard Group and has, most recently, served as the CFO of HCi.
“He has considerable insight and passion for the business combined with over a decade of insurance experience, plus bachelor degrees in both Economics and Actuarial Science and is a qualified Actuary.”
