Dolphin joined Hiscox in 2000. Since then, the insurer said, his analytical and commercial skills have allowed him to progress from an initial technical role in the group reinsurance sector to leading the Hiscox Re & ILS international teams across London, Paris and Bermuda. Dolphin helped grow business capability from analytics and underwriting to the company’s underwriting platform development. He also helped insure pricing rigor across multiple lines, according to the firm.
Dolphin will be based in London and will report to Mike Krefta, CEO of Hiscox Re & ILS.
