Compliance and training firm Gold Seal International (GSI) has celebrated 20 years of providing auditing services for Lloyd’s coverholders by rebranding, changing its name to GSI Professional Services.
GSI provides compliance, audit, and other professional services – including performing Lloyd’s coverholder audits – to businesses operating throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Commenting on the 20-year milestone, GSI managing director David Mills said: “To have had the trust placed in us to carry out coverholder audits for 20 years is a huge testament to the people who are part of the Gold Seal and GSI journey.
“We have always looked to provide accurate, meaningful reports that help deliver practical guidance on the best ways to move forward.”

Mills emphasised the need for quality, down-to-earth compliance and training support across the insurance intermediary sector in this evolving compliance environment.
“The reaction we’ve had from the market in Australia and overseas has been extremely encouraging over the challenging past 12 months,” Mills said. “We are seeking to grow our team to meet the demand.
“GSI has always been, and will continue to be, committed to providing expert services to brokers, managing agents, underwriting agencies, and the broader insurance industry.”
As part of its growth plans, GSI is looking for people with insurance broking, underwriting, claims, or a compliance background to join its experienced team.
