A Gallagher Bassett leader has made it to the Business Insurance Women to Watch list for 2019.
GB’s Stacey Williams, chief client officer, is one of the 30 women selected worldwide for the 2019 program, which recognises female leaders performing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance.
Williams “is incredibly deserving of being recognised by Business Insurance in the Women to Watch program,” CEO John McNamara said. “The contribution that she has made not only to GB, but to the wider industry, both within Australia and internationally is something to be celebrated. Stacey’s innovation, creativity, passion, and focus on culture are key strengths for her and have been the driving force behind Stacey’s success. Congratulations Stacey, you should be very proud of this recognition.”
Scott Hudson, GB’s global president and CEO, also congratulated Williams on her prestigious win.
Williams “is an exceptional member of the GB team who performs highly in all aspects of her role, but if I had to name one thing that really stands out about her, more than anything else, it’s the passion she brings to her role and that she inspires in others,” Hudson said. “Stacey has worn many hats for our organization; she’s brought her unique drive and zeal to each of these roles, challenging the status quo and inspiring her colleagues to transform and improve the way we operate.”
