Gallagher Bassett (GB) has appointed Eric Lam as head of automation and applications, based in the company’s Brisbane office.
In his new role, Lam will use his more than 15 years of work experience to manage new and existing applications across Australia and New Zealand, and drive the delivery of further automation opportunities.
Prior to the appointment, Lam worked in the superannuation industry and held a variety of national leadership roles.
Lam “is the perfect candidate to join our information technology team, bringing the right skill set and qualities needed to lead application delivery across GB,” said Nathan Pilgrim, chief information officer. “Eric has a proven track record in building high performing teams. I look forward to seeing the benefits he can bring to GB and our customers.”
