An experienced senior HR leader has been appointed as Gallagher Bassett’s new executive general manager of people and culture.
Deanne Bradley joins GB from Aurecon, where she was regional people leader. She replaces Chenoa Daley as general manager of people and performance, with Daley moving into the role of global vice president of human resources.
Bradley has more than two decades of experience leading transformational and cultural change at companies, including PeopleSolve HR Solutions, RetireAustralia, and Crowe Horwath Australia.
"At GB, we believe our people are our strength, and the role of the people and culture team is an extremely important one,” said John McNamara, GB Australia CEO. “I’m excited to have Deanne join the GB family and see her role as instrumental in maintaining GB’s unique culture, whilst ensuring that we continue to evolve in the current climate. I’m looking forward to working with Deanne and seeing the impact she has at GB."
