Gallagher Bassett (GB) has announced the appointment of Karlie Clausen as agency relationship manager for the NT government.
In her new role, Clausen will liaise with government agencies and address their needs and help improve business practices to better support GB’s agency partners.
“We’re really proud to be able to promote from within into this important leadership role," said John Deane, NT operations manager. “Karlie has a wealth of experience and has been recognised for her outstanding customer service. We’re confident in her ability to understand our customer goals and build long-term business relationships.”
Clausen joined GB in October 2017 as a mobile return-to-work specialist dedicated to the police, fire and emergency services (NTPFES) portfolio. Prior to GB, Clausen was senior case manager at EML. She also has experience working at Xchanging, Allianz, and Medibank.
Last year, she was recognised as Customer Service Professional of the Year at the 2018 Northern Territory Insurance Industry Awards for her outstanding service to the NTPFES.
