Social insurer icare has announced the finalists for the 2017 icare TMF (Treasury Managed Fund) Awards for Excellence, designed to recognise pioneers in workplace risk management and share best practice across the NSW public sector.
icare CEO Vivek Bhatia said the TMF Awards support and recognise TMF agencies who lead the charge in solving real-world issues impacting the safety and sustainability of workers and community.
The conference, themed “Sustainability: a holistic approach to risk management,” will feature as keynote speaker, Dr Catherine Ball, an international expert in advancing the non-military application of drone technology.

“This year’s conference will show how the integration of effective risk management and creation of more risk aware cultures are essential to attaining sustainable social, economic and environmental outcomes for NSW,” said Tim Plant, icare group executive, self-insurance, community & innovation.
