Insurance Business recently announced the winners of the Top Insurance Employers of 2023, the best insurance companies to work for in Australia and New Zealand.
The winners are recognised and celebrated for their commitment to creating an environment for their people to thrive and perform.
Insurance Business identified the winners for Australia and New Zealand by inviting organisations across both regions to fill out an employer form outlining their offerings and practices. Afterwards, employees from nominated companies completed an anonymous form evaluating their workplace on a scale from one (poor) to five (excellent) on various metrics.
To be considered on the final list, each organisation must reach a minimum number of employee responses based on their overall size. Those that achieved an 80% or higher average satisfaction rating from employees were named Top Insurance Employers for 2023.

GT Insurance (100 to 499 employees)
IQumulate Premium Funding (99 or fewer employees)
Arch Insurance Australia (99 or fewer employees)
NZbrokers (99 or fewer employees)
Pen Underwriting (99 or fewer employees)
Tudor Insurance Australia (99 or fewer employees)
