Insurance Business Australia's top insurance brokers for 2023 were recognised for delivering for their clients, including providing personalised service, understanding coverage needs, ensuring the best value for money, and being proactive and suggesting additional coverage areas.
Kellie D'Arcy (director of Australian Elite Insurance Solutions) and Zoe Evans (principal broker at Gallagher) are among IB's top brokers for 2023.
D'Arcy has been in the industry since 2007, having worked with clients of all shapes and sizes – from small-to-medium businesses right through to large corporate accounts. Throughout her career, she has focused on maximising her clients' protection against the risks and exposures their businesses face.
Evans has nearly 20 years of industry experience, which helped her gain keen understanding of the complexities of insurance policies and the significance of tailoring coverage to meet the individual needs of clients.
