The methodology employed by IB to identify and acknowledge these top employers involved inviting organisations throughout Australia and New Zealand to participate.
Companies were required to complete an employer form outlining their offerings and practices. Subsequently, employees from nominated companies anonymously evaluated their workplaces using a scale from 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) across various metrics, including benefits, compensation, culture, employee development, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
To secure a spot on the final list, organisations had to achieve a minimum number of employee responses relative to their overall size. Those attaining an 80% or greater average satisfaction rating from employees emerged as the Top Insurance Employers for 2023, standing as exemplars in the industry's commitment to fostering conducive work environments.
