Illegal and somewhat unusual horseplay was uncovered in Ireland recently after local police pulled a van over for having no insurance.
Far out Friday: Insurance stop uncovers illegal horseplay Last week, the Garda Síochána Twitter account shared a photo of a van that was stopped in Dublin for not displaying any insurance.
However, it seems the Gardaí who stopped the van were in for a surprise when they asked the owner to open up the back doors of the vehicle.
Tweeting their own parody of the viral Rubberbandits hit, ‘Horse Outside’, the Gardaí reported: “‘Stopped’ your Ford Transit there’s a horse.... INSIDE!”
"Store Street Roads Policing Unit stopped this van for no insurance. It was also discovered there was quite a large horse being transported in the back!"
The tweet also confirmed that the driver of the van was arrested.
