At NAB, Adams held a range of senior roles across a variety of business lines, including retail and business banking and financial markets for 17 years, before leaving to consult in the technology sector. Before that, he worked in the mining and oil industries in Australia and internationally.
“Mark brings to APRA valuable commercial experience across a range of business activities, and a strong commitment to serving the Australian community by ensuring a sound and well-managed financial system,” APRA Chairman Wayne Byres said.
