IAG’s media lead has departed the Australian insurance giant to join IPG Mediabrands’ intelligence and investment division.
Ros Allison, who previously led all areas of media investment, strategy, and media agency performance at IAG, will become head of group performance at Mediabrands’ intelligence and investment division, Magna, starting January 29.
Allison “is a results-focused leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment,” said Victor Corones, Magna Australia managing director, in an AdNews report. “The tremendous experience Ros brings to Mediabrands and Magna will help evolve and accelerate all aspects of our performance portfolio including accountability, quality assurance, reporting, and benchmarking across all media channels.”
Allison joined IAG in October 2016. Prior to that, she worked at Trinity P3 for an eight-month stint, at ZenithOptimedia, VivaKi, Mindshare, and MediaCom Australia.
